FOOD COMPLIANCE PLAN
Your Food Control Plan (FCP) is set up to make sure that it covers all recent legislation under the Food Act 2014.
Think of your FCP as if it were your safety net. With a solid, robust FCP developed, implemented and registered, you don’t have to lie awake at night, worrying about an accidental food poisoning (and PR) disaster.
You’ll have a sound food safety plan and Good Operating Practices (GOP) in place and all the paperwork and food safety records to back it up.
You’ll have peace of mind that you and all your staff are doing the right thing, every day and that your Food Safety fits under the new act.
Why pay more when you don't have to?
This takes approx. 1 - 3 hours depending on the size and scope of your business. It allows me to get to grips with your business and processes basically how you do things. Please don’t feel stressed about this. I'm on your side and will help with developing your processes and GOP's along the way to meet the food act 2014 requirement. This simply lets me see what needs to be included in your FCP.
After our Step 1 Initial chat, I can start to develop your Food Safety needs and develop your FCP. All required food safety records, training manuals and GOP's will be developed specifically for your business and will be included in your final Food Safety Compliance pack.
Implement your FCP. That simply means I will show you and your staff how and when to complete your FCP records in order to keep them up-to-date. I will also show you how to carry out certain GOP's and staff training procedures so that you will be ready for your audit.
The Food Control Plan includes:
Food Safety Training Manual,
Good Operating Practice Manuals,
all required Records as per your FCP and all documentation required for Registration
COST: $795.00 + GST
All National Programmes 1, 2 and 3 are also catered for.
Please remember it is your responsibility to keep the records up-to-date.
N.B. The cost for registration with your local council is not included in this cost. Each Council depending on region charge a different rate.
