All food industry-related businesses are required to be compliant
The Food Safety Training is now available online
Food Safety Training is ideal for your small food business.
This course ensures that you and your staff are fully compliant under the Food Act 2014 and are fully aware of the COVID-19 or the Coronavirus Pandemic.
It will provide you and your staff with confidence, knowledge, and understanding required to serve safe food for you and your customers.
This certification tells your customers that you take food safety and food safety procedures seriously. In this crazy time, they really want to be assured that it's safe to eat at your place and that your staff are fully trained and are COVID-19 aware.
The course has 6 learning Modules with an accompanying handout to guide you through the course. There will be a short quiz at the end of each module to test your knowledge.
I have added an extra section to cover COVID-19. This is to make sure that all staff are fully aware of the virus and how it changes in-house procedures.
On completion of ALL 6 Modules and answering ALL quiz questions correctly, you will be awarded a Food Safety with COVID-19 Awareness Training certificate. I also award a Compliance poster to let your customers know that you and your staff are fully trained and are COVID-19 aware.
